Guava Habanero Wings
In a stainless steel mixing bowl place you fried or baked chicken wings and add 1/4 - 1/2 cups Saint Tampa Saucery Guava Habanero Jam and toss gently until all wings are covered with jam.
Serve with ranch or blue cheese dressing, celery, carrots and lots of napkins.

Guava Pepper Burger
Add three dashes Saint Tampa Burger Rub into 85/15 blend of ground beef, form into a patty and cook either on a grill or in a cast iron pan. As the burger cooks, fry up three pieces of thick cut bacon.
Let the burger patty get a good solid sear on the first side, then flip and add two pieces of Swiss cheese on seared side of patty. As the burger finishes cooking assemble the sandwich as follows:
Brioche bun - warmed or seared (as desired). On both buns, smear Saint Tampa Saucery Guava Habanero Jam. Place finished burger on bottom half, top with bacon and a few sliced jalapeños - add top bun and enjoy!
Serve with shoestring fries or choice of side.
Saint Tampa Spicy Dipping Sauce
Mix together:
1/2 Cup Mayonnaise, 1/3 Cup Sour Cream, 2 TBLS Fresh Lime Juice, 2 TBLS Chopped Chives and 1/4 Cup (or more) Saint Tampa Jalapeño or Habanero Sauce (or both if you’re so inclined).
Mix all the ingredients together until smooth and use as a dipping sauce for French Fries, Chips or a drizzle on Tacos or Burritos.
Where you drizzle is all up to your creativity.
